This car was bought when it was only two years old so needless to say it was very good condition, a bit of a scoop on my wife's part though, we part exchanged the brown Cortina Ghia to get this one and while she drove the Capri I inherited her Austin Allegro for my 15 mile hack to work; a bloody Allaggro, what a piece of poo that was!! This car was quiet and smooth and all I got to do was clean it and empty out a weeks supply of empty crisp packets. The car; being a Laser, had 4 spoke alloy wheels, sunroof, check interior and colour coded grille, headlamp surrounds and mirrors. I didn't like the blue front parts so painted them satin black which I feel made it look much better. |
